How to Use:
- Prepare the brows by cleansing with ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
- Shape the brows before tint application.
- Mix the tint with ÉLAN 1% Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
- Apply the tint evenly and leave on for 5-15 minutes based on the desired intensity.
- Remove excess tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
